Terrorist investing in stock markets through spurious companies : Shinde


New Delhi:(Page3 News Network/Newsonair)-India has received intelligence inputs that terrorist groups are investing in the stock markets in the country through spurious companies. This was disclosed by Home Minister Sushi Kumar Shinde while presenting the monthly report of his ministry in New Delhi on Saturday. He said the Home Ministry is tracking the development and has also alerted the interpol on this. The Home Minister said, terror backed firms are putting in money in the stock markets through spurious companies, setting up fictitious businesses and also involved in money laundering. He said, several instance of flow of fake currency into India has also been detected and was brought to the notice of interpol. 
Replying to a question on resumption of cricketing ties with Pakistan, Home Secretary R.K Singh said, the 26/11 Mumbai terror attack trial is going on in Pakistan. India want some of ring leaders also to be put on trial. He said, the Pakistan government has asked the Courts for the trial to be held on a day to day basis. The Home Secretary said, he is also hopeful of getting the voice samples of suspects sought by India.
On Telegana, Home minister Sushil Kumar Shinde said, that discussion with concerned parties over the Telangana statehood issue has been completed. He said an all-party meeting over the issue is likely to be held before or after the Winter Session of Parliament. He also asked for patience on the issue for a few more months.
On National Counter Terrorism Centre , Home minister said, he will write to the Chief ministers to take forward the good work done by his predecessor P. Chidambaram.
