In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (1) of article 217 of the Constitution of India, the President has appointed (i) Shri Justice Gopal Prasad and (ii) Shri Justice Hemant Kumar Srivastava, Additional Judges of the Patna High Court, as Judges of that High Court, in that order of seniority, with effect from the date they assume charge of their office.
